This was an editorial error both on the name of the association and on the position of the donor of the day. We return, in this article, to correct the error and put things in their place.
It was on December 30, 2022, in the courtyard of the Directorate of the Social Service of the Armed Forces that the Association Action Mali-Chine pour le Développement offered the Ministry of Defense and Veterans Affairs a batch of 21 new bicycles to orphan children. Defense and Security Forces. This donation was made through its correspondent in Mali, Professor Souleymane TRAORE. Officers were present at this ceremony, as well as the parents of the recipient children.
Indeed, the Association Action Mali-Chine pour le Développement is an association that brings together Malians, mainly Malian nationals residing in China, including the ambassador himself and Chinese goodwill. It was created by receipt n°0721/G-DB of December 10, 2021, and aims to promote socio-economic and cultural activities for harmonious development in Mali, through friendship between the two peoples. It is in this context that this symbolic gesture was made to the children of soldiers who died in the fight against terrorism and in tribute to their memory.
The director of the Social Service of the Armed Forces (DSSA), Colonel-Major Bréhima SAMAKE, affirmed that this generous act demonstrates their love and their willingness to work with the highest authorities of the country in order to ensure the well-being of our populations and more particularly the military and their families. He thanked the donor for his salutary act for the FAMa orphans. The Colonel-Major also urged the donor to perpetuate these actions in favor of the FAMa, especially in this decisive period for our country.
Professor Souleymane TRAORE, correspondent of the association in Mali, said he was very proud to have contributed to giving a little smile to these orphans. He finally reassured the director of the Social Service of the Armed Forces to continue with charitable acts in the days to come.
